Philip’s Barter Page

While I don’t barter for just anything there are things that I need and which I may end up either spending cash on or doing without unless I can find someone interested in bartering. Below is a list of things I either need or at least want.

Home building materials (I am about half way done building a house)
Materials for terrazzo or ornamental concrete overlay work
About 100 sheets of drywall
Lap siding or stucco for the exterior
Insulation for the walls (R21) and ceilings (R38 or better)
Equipment rentals (power tools, bobcats, etc.)
Landscaping materials (trees, bushes, perennial flowers, etc)
Cedar fencing

Home building labor and services
Someone to pour and finish concrete
Someone to help with the terrazzo or ornamental overlay work
Roofer
Electrician
Plumber
An engineer who can help with a solar/radiant heating system (pumps, mixing valves, heat exchanger, etc)
A Sheet rocker (or whatever you call those guys)
Someone skilled in ornamental plaster work would be highly desired

Other stuff
A good running truck or van
A good running SAAB 900
A stove, a tub, a stacked washer/dryer, a big refrigerator/freezer
A good portable digital projector (I want to start an Art History lecture series)
Dental services
Acupuncture, chiropractic, and or massage, treatments
Organic meat, eggs, fruit, vegetables
Truckloads of rotten straw and manure for the garden (and a backhoe to work it in)
Maybe a swimming pool and a sweat lodge once the house is built ?
Young fruit trees, raspberry bushes, table grape vines (needed late 2007 or 2008)

And of course, I will trade art for art
